Photos as promised

Yesterday we had our medial appointments for all the kids.  Nian did a great job, even after getting blood drawn for his TB test which we just found out was negative.  Afterwards we went to lunch with a few of our sticky rice group, hung out at the hotel play area then headed out to the Pearl River cruise.  Since Nian didn't have a nap, cuz really what is that????, he promptly fell asleep on the bus to the cruise. He did wake up in time to eat and check out the the awesome lights along the river.  He's a water lover like his dad that's for sure.  

Upon returning to the hotel we got some much needed ice cream and Nian LOVES vanilla. What a fun experience that was to give him his first ice cream. We also found out earlier that day that he loves lemon as well. I think he drank almost a full thing of lemon ice tea.  Good thing Joe watered it down. lol. 

Today we went to the Pearl market, and I did pick some out great pearl items.  haha Joe said get whatever you want.  Oh if we were only at Bronners!   It was fun trip but would have been better had they not had everyone bring the kids.  For some of them, including Nian, it was not a fun few hours waiting for mommy to pick out pearls.  he had a rough night last night so he wasn't in the best mood to begin with and Joe wasn't feeling too hot either.  We all have a nasty cough going on here. Good time, not!  Went to lunch again with more sticky rice and had to be back to our room by 230 awaiting the TB results.  Nian fell asleep on the way back, thank God for the Ergo we got.  He's still napping so nows as good a time as any to get online, and also enjoy a full cup of Hot coffee.
