1 Samuel 2

Don't resent God's timing His blessings might not be immediate, but they will come if we are faithful to do what he says in his word! 1 Samuel 2

Thanks for the Prayers!!!

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!   You prayed with us and God answered.  Nian had a GREAT day today..

Lets start at the beginning.... Yesterday was a better day at daycare.  We came home, played outside ( yes I'm aware it was snowing) and then he promptly took his bottle and fell asleep. At 6 pm.  SIX PM people..  He woke a few times during the night for a bottle then didn't get up again until 6:40 AM right before I headed to work.  He told me (in his own way/words) see ya later, and I love you.  Then WITHOUT tears he waved goodbye and blew me kisses from the door as I pulled out of the driveway.  Joe said he then closed the door and hung out with him.  He barely fussed when dropped at daycare and when I picked him up he was in the other room with the kids.  He had a Great day there and didn't fuss/cry at all!!  This is HUGE!!!

We will continue to pray that each day gets easier for him to handle both here and at daycare.  He's come a long and still has a ways to go but he's doing so good!  Thank you all for prayers and well wishes for our little guy.

One task we continue to work on is his sleep pattern.  Although it seems he's more on track on the weekend! At least we're not up at 530/6 so that's a good thing.  He sleeps best on the couch.  While it's not the idea place for him, it works and we're going with what works right now.  Again, he's come a long way since we got home, but he has further to go.

We go to the ENT Dr. tomorrow and hope to get going on any surgery he may need for his ears.  This is the last Dr appointment we need to complete before we get his pallet surgery scheduled.  We can't wait to get that one behind us.  This little guy is ready to talk talk talk. He's really talkative now we can't wait until he can actually pronounce his words, especially during those times he likes to tell us long animated stories.

Thanks for all your support and prayers for us over this journey.  We are nowhere near the end of it and we are loving every day of it.

Blessings to you all!

Here's some miscellaneous photo's.

Hard to believe how much he has changed.
