Don't resent God's timing His blessings might not be immediate, but they will come if we are faithful to do what he says in his word! 1 Samuel 2

Here comes the first day of school, well Maybe!?

It's been a busy, crazy, praying weekend here at the Buss house..  Nian woke up Sat am with a headache. He got some meds, and then got sick.  He felt better after and had some crackers.  I headed out to my parents for our yard sale.  So this continued a few more times through the day. It was later that my Dad said Nian said he had a headache the day before when he picked him up.  Needless to say it got worse when I got home so we called the Dr's office and headed to Helen DeVos after talking to the nurse. Thank God it wasn't anything major, but wow what a scare. We're all use to going there knowing what's going to happen, and it's never been at the ER. Cheng of course fell asleep on the way there and slept the whole time.  Joe says he probably never even knew where we were.  It was awesome to pull up there, be told leave the keys in your car- here's your ticket - head right in.  They got the basics of what was going on then his weight and off to a room we went. They have an Awesome set up there, LOVE that we have this hospital right here in town.   Wish his surgeries were that simple. 😏 Got some meds for him and after about 3 hours we headed home. Took most of the day but he's feeling good now and the headache is gone.  Praying it stays that way since he has his 1st day of school tomorrow.

He's excited, nervous and a little scared at the same time.  Can't blame him, and I'm sure that helped bring on his headache.  We just keep sending the positive comments, and vibes to him so fear no more. He's ready to go and we pray he has a great 1st day! His backpack and lunch is ready to go. Last Thursday we went to his open house, saw his room and met his teacher.  Call my a crazy mom but what happened to walking your child into class the first day of Kindergarten?  Was really looking forward to that but apparently the thing is to just pull up, let someone get them out and drive away. 😕😮😥 Guess they knew I'd probably break down and we don't need to see that again right!?  Yet it still concerns me that we drop our children off when they aren't use to the routine and off you go kid. I'll try not to be that mom I guess. He's going to have so much fun..  I had hoped to meet some kids from his class but the night was a bit crazy.

Lady bugs all around me

Back pack ready

Last weekend we met our friends the Toft family at the Greek Festival.  So much fun.  They boys had a Great time, and they had face painting....  Something they have both been talking about for a while. Cheng of course couldn't sit still long enough and then thought it was fun to move his face. Oh this kid of mine. lol
My Tiger and Lion, well for this day anyway.

Seriously thought that kid was going to roll backwards when he first got up there.

Nian and Catherine were too quick for me..
During the week we headed over to Frosty boy, thanks Warner family!!! First time there and the boys loved it.  Love how they make the frosty's by hand thought I was getting broken Almond Joy candy in mine, NOPE..  Full out chocolate, coconut and almond pieces, it was the bomb.  Can't wait to head back.

well tonight we head to bed early, we're been working on it for the last few weeks. Joe will drop Nian off and I'll go get him at the end of the day.  or maybe I'll sneak in the car and go with them all.  Please say a prayer for Nian to have a restful night and no more headache!!!

Thanks for stopping by.. Blessing to you for the coming week.
