THIS.... Especially on Mother's day.... Each Mother's day I think of how blessed I am to have these two little boys. They call me mommy, they fill my heart, give me joy, and sometimes sorrow. My heart breaks for those two mothers who 3 and 5 years ago made one of the toughest decisions for their boys futures. I can't even imagine the the pain it must have caused them both. It causes me pain for them just to think about it. Yet without their decision I would not be called Mommy, my dreams of children would not be fulfilled, and I would have missed so much. God made these two boys, and the decisions since their birth for me, for US. We will never forget on Mother's day or any other day.
Last Saturday we headed North for the day. Wowzers we won't do that all in 1 day again. that was a long day..... Next time we'll stay overnight. We had fun and the boys were good for begin stuck in the van most of the time. They really enjoyed the play area at the Kalkaska McDonald's and kept asking it we could go back "north" so we could go there. lol Ugh we're driving 2.5 hours just to go to McDonald's... We had a lot of fun, but we were all tired by the end of the day. They had such a great time at the lake too. Cheng of course went just about face first into the water, luckily he didn't fall flat on his face, but he did get a little wet.

| After the fall |
Nian started Tball and had his first game on the 14th. He is doing so great with it this year. The pitcher spot so far has been his best position. He's having so much fun, and we're loving seeing the Walla family again. We sure miss them in the neighborhood.
Thursday the boys had their graduation program for Preschool. Nian got his certificate of completion. It was sad to say goodbye to Mrs. Blubough as she will not be back in the fall. They are adding a 2nd class to Chengs room which makes it a 4 day a week job. Cheng will most likely be going to school on Monday and Wednesday this fall. Still working on who will pick him up but we'll get it figured out. After their program we got flowers for Meme and headed out to their house to help mow and plant. I got some good sun, more than I wanted but not too bad. I'm not in pain so that's a good thing.

On the way home Joe called and informed me that Nian got into Northview for the fall Kindergarden class. WOO HOO.. Super excited about that, and he'll be going full days. We're hoping he'll be going to North Oakview where some preschool friends are heading. Hard to believe how fast my little boy has grown and where he is going from where he was when we came home just 3 short years ago.. My baby boy is getting older. It both brings me joy and sadness to this mama's heart. Before I know it both my boys will be ready to spread their wings. Some days I'm ready for that, but most I'm not...
OH and we paid off another debt this past week. WOO HOO... One month closer to being debt free.. So exciting.. Check out Dave Ramsey and his financial peace to get there too! The borrower is slave to the lender. Can't wait to be debt free... So many goals once we are, including our next adoption.
Today we head to THE LAKE... The boys are so ready they even got their swim suits on. The fact that it's raining doesn't deter them at all. After all a rainy day at the lake is still better than a rainy day at home! We're been waiting a long time for this day to finally get here. We're looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend for a change.
