Earlier this week we pick up aunt Shellee and took her home. Then we headed over to Meijer Gardens. Might as well enjoy the membership these last few weeks before it expires. No renewal in our budget this year. I've been saving my fun money for Dutch Village cuz the boys have so much fun out there and we seem to go there more than any other place we have a membership to. The butterflies are in bloomaand Nian actually asked if we could go there. Nian liked the White butterflies, and Cheng won't stop talking about how mommy is mad. she's actually called Mad Mom and she's his favorite thing there. We had to go back a few times just so he could see her.
We went for a lot of walks this week too. and played at the playground as well. Cheng still falls off his bike, but not as much as before. This little dare devil of mind likes to go down the ramp at the one playground with his feet up in the air then turns and looks at me as I think he's about to tip over he stops. Then he give me that sneaky little grin of his. The little stinker.
Nian seems to have grown overnight. And his speech has improved so much. Cheng is busting out of his shoes all of a sudden. These boys are just growing like weeds. Nian got to spend the afternoon with Grandma and Grandpa Buss on Friday. I know he enjoys his time with them, and without little brother around. Hey we all need our "own" time.
There's about another month of preschool then the boys will be our for the summer. Nian will "graduate" and head of to Kindergarten this fall, and Cheng will start the Fantastic Fours class. Where has the time gone? We put our application in for School of Choice and hope to get in this fall, but if not we'll plan to send Nian to the elementary a block over from the house. We'll just keep praying and see where the Lord leads us.
